Hi there, I am a new Decile Hub user. I am trying to update a deal memo with information, but when I exit the deal memo, I see that the information I entered was not saved (I do not see a save button either). The AI overview, however, is always saved. Please let me know how to save the information. Thanks!

Hi Dhruv, sorry about the unsaved work. Are you referring to editing questions and answers in the deal memo? There should be buttons to "Add answer" and "Save" for adding new answers and editing existing ones, respectively.



That being said, autosaving is a no-brainer feature, we should implement that.
Ah, I see now! I need to click on 'add answer'. It is a bit non-intuitive, I was expecting it to be called 'save answer' or something of that sort. The save button appears after I edit the answer. Thank you! 

Again, I must point out that the AI tool does not answer this query well.
Got it, appreciate this feedback. Even easier lift for us is to change that button to be "Save", that makes much more sense to me too. We'll get that improved today.

Hi Isabel, I asked the AI about being able to save my descriptions; it should have said click on the 'add answer' but it told me about locating a 'save' button, which is visible only after you actually save the response successfully. And it said go to the bottom of the page to find the save button, which is untrue, the save button can be found for each field. It referred me to Hub Support, but I think it was a relatively easy problem for AI to solve
