PACT and LPA settings:
I updated my PACT settings to lower the minimum from $25k to $15k but the LPA still prevents the users to input $15k.

- Are there 2 different settings, 1- for PACT and 2- for LPA?
- Even when I use the dashboard to send a custom PACT, the user got the same link (URL) again and now they have given up until tomorrow. Not sure why custom LPA doesn't send a new URL to the potential LP.
