

To update your signature in the thank you email template sent to LPs when they sign the PACT, follow these steps:
- Expand "Fundraising" in the left navigation by clicking the ">".
- Click on "LP Emails".
- Select the relevant email template.
- If you see
account.name
at the bottom, delete it. - In the right side of the template writer, click the "Variables" tab between "AI Assistant" and "Files".
- Insert
{{sender.email_signature}}
where you want your signature to appear.
This should ensure your updated signature is used in the thank you email template.

Any other emails that are automatically sent can be seen in the Fundraising > LP Stages. Look under the Closing Stage at the "5.3. PACT: Thank You" email template.
