@Decile Hub
I opened up my files this morning and found this pitch deck for Lumin AI in my folder structure. I'm going to delete it but please look into why this happened. Are our files public and being shared?

Hi Belinda, We'll look into this now.
Hi  @Belinda Ephraim
, rest assured no one has access to your files, unless you share them in your data room.

This file is populated from the Deals Sharing pipeline, this is an attachment on a recent deal shared with you. I'll make a note to see if we can improve this UX to be less surprising.
Oh good! Helpful to know :-) Here are some follow-up questions I have: Who shared the deal with me? How do I indicate interest or not? If the deal doesn't fit my investment criteria will the sender be notified that I'm not interested? can the file be archived? Could these deal sharing files be placed in a separate Deal Sharing folder within the hierarchy? Also the deal being shared automatically adds the startup into the organizations folder, can that come with an automatic Deal Sharing/ Shared Deal tag so when I'm sending LP-related emails, I am not including startups into those communications?
@Decile Hub
and @Woody Butler
 - my above comments are not urgent just questions to explore. thanks again for all the work in rapidly improving Decile Hub - it's a powerful platform.
The deals are shared with the VC Lab community. They will show up in your Decile Research -> Decile Community Deals pipeline. From there you can copy them to your dealflow pipeline after reviewing, if you're interested. Details on manager who shared deal are on the prospect. Also they are tagged with "Decile Research", so you can easily spot if they are from that.

There will be a stage that filters deals on your fund thesis and region, which may or may not have any prospects based on recent deal shares.
