When I switch to the Kanban view, it says “No prospects to show,” even though everything displays correctly in the default view. Could you help check what might be causing this?
Thanks!

If your Kanban view says “No prospects to show” while the default view displays prospects correctly, it’s likely due to how your pipeline stages or filters are set up. Here are some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Stage Assignments: Kanban relies on each prospect being assigned to a stage. If prospects aren’t assigned to any stage, they won’t appear in Kanban.
  2. Review Filters: Ensure there are no active filters hiding your prospects in the Kanban view.
  3. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, changes require a refresh to display correctly.
  4. Column Configuration: Make sure the Kanban columns are mapped to the correct stages.

If the issue persists, try reassigning a prospect to a stage and see if it appears. For more help, visit Decile Hub Support.

Hey Olli, thanks for this report. I've found the error in our logs, we're working on a fix.
I’m running into an issue with the “Market Vertical” field I created. A few of the dropdown options aren’t showing up properly, and when I try to select some of them, I’m redirected to a 404 error page.
Not sure if this is a broken reference or something misconfigured on the backend, but figured I’d flag it in case it needs a fix.

These are the only options that show in the dropdown however, attachment 2 is what I added on the dropdown options.
Hello! Any updates for the concern above? Thank you!
Hi Olli, thanks for raising this. I can reproduce the issue. I've added to our roadmap to address this.
Hello! This is what I see when I use "Kanban View"
Hi Ollie, we are working on a fix now!

Hello!
I noticed that when we add a prospect to Decile, the region field automatically defaults to Africa. This happens even if a company submits their information through the portal and sets their investment domicile to “US.”
For reference, I’ve attached a screenshot showing an example of this issue.
Could you please look into why this is happening and advise on how to correct it? Thank you.

Hi Olli! thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This issue has now been fixed, so going forward new prospects should no longer default to Africa. A value will only be assigned when you select it.

For the existing prospects you mentioned, you can update the field directly by either changing the value or clicking the cross icon to leave it blank. Hope this helps!
