To review, edit, or change the link to the survey in the "4.a. Event Follow-up" email template, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your respective pipeline.
- Click on 'Email Templates'.
- Select the "4.a. Event Follow-up" email template.
- Edit the body of the email template to review or change the survey link.
- Save the template by clicking on 'Save template'.

Sorry but I'm not asking how to edit an email template. I'm asking where is THAT survey? I see no reference to it anywhere else in the Events module. This is an email template that Decile created, not me, and it contains that code I circled above to insert a specific survey -- but I have no idea what that survey says, where it's located, or whether & how I can edit the contents of that survey, or see the results of respondents' answers. Understand my question?
Would you like me to create you a form, if yes, please let me know what you would like to have asked and I can add that into the email. With the form properly built in your account the responses will be attached to the person who responded.
