Issue with Event Automated Emails
Hello, I was expecting an automatic email to be sent to the invitees to an event I'm hosting in St. Louis last week, but it didn't go out yesterday as planned.  The settings for the automation look correct.  Appreciate your help seeing what could be causing this.

If your event's automated email did not send as expected, here are steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check Automation Settings: Confirm the automation for the email task is enabled in the "Event Attendees" section.
  2. Review Attendee List: Ensure invitees are correctly listed under the "Invited" stage.
  3. Edit Task: In "Event Attendees," click "Edit Stages," expand "Invited," and verify the settings for the automated email task.
  4. Save Changes: Make sure all edits are saved.

,  I see the automation you've set up for everyone in the stage, that all looks good. I see that the prospects were added, and then the automated action was created. 

I'm investigating this issue.
I just sent the update manually.
That's for the best, it will take us a few days to get to a fix for this.
