All of a sudden, we cannot delete files in the datarooom. Two days ago, you could click on the file and delete it. Now, when you hit delete file and click on the delete button in the popup, nothing happens. Have been trying every few hours for the last two days and same issue. Please advise.

This appears to be a known issue affecting file deletion in the Decile Hub dataroom. If the delete function is not working as expected, please visit this Decile Hub support thread for updates and to report your experience: Unable to delete files in dataroom; issue persists for two days. Please advise..
If the issue persists, contacting Decile Hub support directly through their platform is recommended for the fastest resolution.
