, right now, you can't add the person-based variables to the pipeline as columns. You can add pipeline prospect-based variables to the pipeline as a column though. If you checkout https://decilehub.com/variables -> User variables, you can see firsthand. So, for a workaround you can create a pipeline prospect variable (e.g. fundraising/investor) and import to that.
 
We know it's not ideal, and we'd love to improve this in the near future.
