Hi Varun, I agree that it can be changed. This custom amount page is more intended for setting the bar higher for a big LP, or making an exception for a friend/family member, not so much designed for a secure experience.

There is also the "Other" option, so somebody could put whatever they want anyway... If somebody is going to modify your minimum and submit a PACT for less than you want, do you really want them as an LP? 

You're right. I flagged it so that you could address it at whatever priority. Even if someone really understands that they can hack the link, chances are they won't. I instinctively tested the link and QA-ed it.
