Hey Eric. People are free to enter any email and name they'd like when viewing a file, if it's open permission to all, as this file is.
An alternative is that you can change the folder to have more specific permissions (specific people, or entire stages in a pipeline) that match people based on their emails.

 A potential change we could make could be email verification for file views, but that would come at the cost of introducing another barrier of action from LPs to view fund materials, so we'd have to weigh that very heavily.
